"Way Worse in Person Than I Expected"
I really wanted to like it, but the second I saw it in person I was like, oh no, absolutely not. It’s just not my style at all and somehow looked way uglier than I expected. Total disappointment.

"They sent me the wrong size..."
They sent me the wrong size, so it wasn’t what I ordered at all. I reached out to support hoping for a quick fix, but the replies felt like the same copy-paste message over and over instead of actually addressing my issue. Frustrating experience.

"I ordered a pair thinking it would be..."
I ordered a pair thinking it would be a quick and easy process, but the delivery took forever. The tracking barely changed for days, and there were no clear updates, so I was just left wondering what was going on. The shoes finally showed up way later than expected. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to get it right. I won’t be ordering again if this is how slow it is.

These shoes feel cheap for the price. I was expecting better quality, and at this point I’m just tired of having to chase down returns or customer service every time something doesn’t live up to the hype

"My feet were absolutely crying"
I bought these hoping they’d be my comfy go-to for long days, but wow, the arch support is basically nonexistent. After just a couple hours, my feet were aching like I’d walked across the entire planet, and my arches were sore the rest of the evening. They might be okay for quick little walks, but for me? Absolutely not. I’m so disappointed.

"Returns feel harder than they should"
Maybe it’s just me, but the return process has been kind of a headache. I’m still waiting on my refund, and the whole experience hasn’t been great.

"No wide sizes? Give me a break"
I really wanted to like these, but the width options were so frustrating. I need a wider fit, and the site didn’t make it clear at all what would actually work. I took a chance and ordered anyway, but they were tight across my toes almost immediately. Like, give me a break, if you’re going to sell shoes, at least offer proper wide sizes or make the fit information easier to understand. I returned them and probably won’t try again unless they add real wide options.

I really wanted to like these, and they are comfortable enough, so there’s that. But the fabric felt thin right out of the package, which I guess should’ve been my first clue.
After only a few wears, they already started looking worn and rough, like I’d had them for months. For the price, I foolishly expected them to hold up a little better. I wouldn’t buy them again unless the material gets improved.

"Not gonna lie, they feel too cheap"
Not gonna lie, these were a bit disappointing. They’re way too light and feel more like slippers than shoes I’d wear outside. Just not what I was expecting, and I probably wouldn’t buy them again.

I really wanted to like these because I thought they’d be comfy, but they just weren’t for me. After about an hour, my heels started rubbing, and the sole felt flat with not much support. If you’re planning to wear them for walking around all day, I’d maybe try them indoors first or consider adding insoles. They might work for some people, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you need all-day comfort.

"Felt misled and ignored"
I feel misled by the whole experience. I emailed twice about my order and never got a proper response, just vague replies that didn’t actually help. It really felt like they were ignoring me once they had my money. I won’t be buying from them again.

"Stock is hit or miss"
I kept finding pairs I actually liked, but they were either completely out of stock or only available in random sizes nobody needs. I checked back a few different times thinking it might update, but it was the same story. Feels like the site only works when it wants to, honestly. Frustrating and kind of pointless.
